MainStay Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport

Appreciated that it felt like a home with full size fridge, microwave, living room area. They also provided stove top, cookware, utensils when requested. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because our bathroom door did not have a lock at all. Other than that everything was great. Our reservation also came with breakfast.

This place had clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly when checking in. The parking is free. The water is hot, There is a decent pool if you're interested. Be careful about little fees here and there. They're easy to decline, but you need to be aware of them to decline them so read what you're given to agree to (example is the opt out room safe fee)

This hotel meets my needs and I find no faults with it for the price. I chose it for the large rooms, the central OC location, the free parking, and the 3pm check in/12 noon check out. It is clean, secure, quiet enough, and the pool and patio area is relaxing. Maybe I just got lucky with my stay but it seems far better than how many of the reviews characterized it.

My stay here was pretty awesome! Everything was terrific from location being relatively safe conviently super close to all of the places I was interested in going to being welcomed by the sincere polite front desk representative named "Cesar."Right off the bat, i was treated me with such kindness , which made me feel extremely confident and happy with staying here for my first time, I definitely will be staying here in the near future with recommending MainStay to my family and friends to stay as well. Grest value for your $. The rooms have a front room and a seperation from the sleeping area i really like. This loction is pretty chill and feels safer than most in this price range. I will definitely return for anothet stay at some point.

This place is very quiet. Nobody bothers you. I don't see why some people complain on these reviews because when we showed up stay there for a week. It was awesome the pool was nice, if people were in and out. Respectfully,. All the workers were super nice and respectful. We will come back again and not to mention free breakfast.

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed! The room was nice, but there were two things that kept me from rating five stars. First : the bathroom is so tiny and the toilet is super tiny and very low to the ground (toilet was to conserve water)! The fan did not circulate the air enough either because getting out of the shower, I felt very sticky and claustrophobic! There’s just no room in the bathrooms. Second: The way the rooms are structured and where the a/c unit is, makes the room extremely stuffy and we had the air on high; however, you couldn’t feel it anywhere but right directly over the unit! This made the room stay a bear to deal with and a headache was 2 of us had 90% of the time we were in the room! ** EXCELLENT FRONT DESK SERVICE** The gentleman at the front desk was so quick with checking us in and it honestly took no more than 8 minutes (if that)! Now, one downfall is they only clean your room if you’re staying more then a week, so you have to get your towels and toiletries yourself from the front desk! But oh well, it wasn’t hard to do, considering how professional they are and the kindly vibe you every time you walk in through their main doors!

Second time staying here as a solo traveler, first time I’m always precautious, small studio setting. The rooms have all the things you need, fridge, ac/heater, microwave and sinks, couch little balcony, Tv, shower with tub. Breakfast was really good. Staff is nice an on top of things. First time room was great not really as clean as the second but clean enough. Beds and pillows are comfy. Had 2 small beds wasn’t sure if my friends were gonna visit. If there’s any issues just let the staff know
